We process and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 4–7 business days depending on your location.

Returns & Replacement
We offer returns or replacement only within 7 days of delivery and only in the following cases:

• Wrong product received
• Defective or damaged product received

To request a return or replacement, please follow these steps:

1. Record a clear unboxing video while opening the package.
2. The video must show the sealed package and the issue clearly.
3. Send the unboxing video along with your order ID to our support email within 7 days of delivery.

Important Notes

• Returns will not be accepted without an unboxing video.
• Requests made after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.
• Products must be unused and in original packaging.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
