1. General Information

At Reeno, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and reliably across India. This Shipping Policy outlines our processing times, delivery timelines, and important conditions you should be aware of before placing an order. By placing an order on reeno.in, you agree to the terms stated below.


2. Processing & Delivery

2.1 Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday.

2.2 Shipping Timelines

  • Standard Delivery: 4 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
  • Remote or Rural Areas: May require up to 10 business days after dispatch.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.


3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
  • You can use the tracking number to monitor your order through our courier partner's website.

4. Failed Delivery & Returns to Origin

4.1 Failed Delivery

  • If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or due to the recipient being unavailable across multiple delivery attempts, the package will be returned to us.
  • Any re-shipping charges arising from a failed delivery will be borne by the customer.
  • Return shipping costs may be deducted from any applicable refund.

4.2 Damaged Products and Unboxing Video Requirement

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, an unboxing video is mandatory to process a return or refund request.
  • The video must clearly show:
    • The sealed package before it is opened.
    • The complete unboxing process without any interruptions or cuts.
    • The damaged or defective product along with clear close-ups of the issue.
  • Return or refund requests submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.

6. Important Notes

  • Inspect Upon Receipt: We strongly recommend inspecting your package at the time of delivery. If the package appears visibly damaged, please refuse delivery or sign for it as "Damaged" and contact us immediately.
  • Public Holidays: No dispatches or deliveries take place on national public holidays. Orders will be processed on the next working business day.
  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing your order. Reeno is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
