We have set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our return and refund procedures. These policies are applicable to orders placed within India.

Return Policy

Return Request Period

If you wish to initiate a return, please submit your complaint within 48 hours of receiving the product. Requests received after this period may not be accepted.

Damaged Product

If you receive a damaged product, please provide us with a clear unboxing video showing the damage at the time of unboxing. This evidence is essential for us to assess the situation and provide appropriate assistance. Return requests for damaged products will not be processed without a valid unboxing video.

Missing Items

If any item is missing from your order, please share an unboxing video displaying the contents received and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the situation and, if the claim is confirmed, issue a refund for the missing item or items.

Wrong Product Ordered by Customer

If you have mistakenly ordered the wrong product and wish to exchange it, please note that the shipping charges for returning the item as well as for dispatching the replacement will be your responsibility. Please contact our customer support team for further instructions on how to proceed.


Exceptions

Reeno cannot assume responsibility for damages or discrepancies that are not reported within the timelines mentioned above. These measures are in place to ensure fair processing and to comply with courier and logistics regulations.


Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be processed for eligible returns based on the following criteria:

1. Damaged or Defective Products

  • Upon confirmation of the damage or defect through the submitted unboxing video, we will initiate the refund process.

2. Missing Items

  • If we are unable to provide the missing item or items from your order, a refund will be issued for the respective item or items.

Original Condition and Packaging

To qualify for a return or refund, the product must be in its original condition — unused, unwashed, and undamaged. All original packaging, including accessories, tags, and labels, must be included with the return.

Return Shipping

  • The cost of return shipping will be your responsibility, except in cases where the return is a result of our error, such as a damaged or incorrect item being sent.
  • We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking to ensure the safe return of the product to us.

Rejection or Denial of Parcel

If a customer refuses or denies accepting a parcel after it has been dispatched, the following deductions will apply before any refund is issued:

  • Forward and Reverse Shipping Charge: 2 times the original shipping charge will be deducted to cover the cost of both forward and return shipment.
  • Packing Charge: 10% of the product value will be deducted as a packing and handling charge.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected at our end, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7 business days from the date of receipt and inspection of the returned product.

Return Conditions

A return will be accepted and processed only if all of the following conditions are met:

  1. The product was not damaged while in your possession.
  2. The product received is not different from what was originally shipped to you.
  3. The product is returned in its original, unused condition.
  4. A valid unboxing video is provided at the time of raising the return request.

Important Notes

  • Refunds will be issued only after the returned product reaches our premises and has been inspected for compliance with the conditions stated above.
  • The product must be returned with its original packaging, receipt, and invoice for the refund to be processed.

Discrepancy in Product Expectations

If you feel that the product received does not match what was shown on our website or does not meet your expectations, you must report it to our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving the product. Our team will review the complaint and take an appropriate decision.
