We process and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 4–7 business days depending on your location.
Returns & Replacement
We offer returns or replacement only within 7 days of delivery and only in the following cases:
- Wrong product received
- Defective or damaged product received
To request a return or replacement, please follow these steps:
- Record a clear unboxing video while opening the package.
- The video must show the sealed package and the issue clearly.
- Send the unboxing video along with your order ID to our support email within 7 days of delivery.
Important Notes
- Returns will not be accepted without an unboxing video.
- Requests made after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.
- Products must be unused and in original packaging.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
